How would you describe your leadership style?

"Leader should always set an example to follow"

 Many times as a leader we command our teammates and don't listen to their perspective, first we should do the action and then expect them to follow. 

What things keep you connected with the education sector?

"To train the students for their betterment"

I like to share my knowledge with the students. I want the students should always be able to use it. I believe that the youth has so much potential and I want them to use their potential completely.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practices of the industry?

“Active Learning ensures the best practices"

We provide 6 months of internship/industry experience in the last semester. Each student has the choice to choose from 4 tracks as below:

Students should choose one track in their last semester.

Track 1: Industry Internship Program (IIP) with Project: Students with an orientation towards industry

can opt for this track. They need to spend an entire semester in the industry.

Track 2: Entrepreneurial Venture Scheme (ENV): Students who want to become entrepreneurship,

can opt for this track.

Track 3: Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP): Those who are interested to do research or MS / M Tech/Ph.D. can opt for this track.

Track 4: Elective Courses with Capstone Project (ECCP): Students who want to appear for competitive exams like GATE, UPSC and want to learn more theory subjects can opt for this track.

There are various categories. In our MTECH Program, we offer loyalty benefits as well. We give a 20% discount to students who did B Tech here as a loyalty benefit. We also believe in equality and take strict action against those who try to create nuisance on the campus.

Along wth excellent, well qualified faculty, our infrastructure and labs are some of the best in the entire western Maharashtra. Our fully equipped labs with excellent infrastructure and faculty make us better than the others.
