What is your vision for leadership?
“Coordination and Commitment”
My vision is to build a content environment for both the students and the staff. I believe a leader is the one who is responsible for coordination of members and commitment for achieving common objectives in an organization. Any task can be achieved with continuous interaction with team mates, briefing your knowledge and grasping their ideas with full respect and recognition. These help in building strong relations and successful associations.
What are your roles and responsibilities towards students?
“Holistic development of students in every way”
Apart from the academic skills, we are entitled to develop the overall personality of students which includes career counselling, emotional maturity, situation handling, confidence enhancing, event preparations, and placement drives. We try to maintain the balance between theory and practical subjects to enhance and develop necessary skills in students.

How does the curriculum of your Institute ensure the best practice of industry?
“Training and development sessions on a regular basis”
The students are given a glimpse of industry through various live talks with the industry expert, industrial training and hands-on workshops that are being organized in the campus throughout the year. Practical demonstrations through these play a pivotal role in enhancing skills and knowledge of students in a better way. Personality development sessions, debates, group discussions, interview preparation etc. are carried out on a regular basis along with the course curriculum.
How do you establish a healthy relationship and environment in your Institute?
“Better communication and student interactions”
To establish healthy relations, communication plays a pivotal role. Regular students interaction, class representative meetings and staff briefings are carried out for better understanding and assisting solutions for problems in any case. I always insist on visualizing ground reality, two way interaction and betterment of the students in every possible way.
What do you think should be the Institute's top priority over next 10 years?
“Uplifting the quality of education and increasing student's interests”
The most important part of education is interest building and quality serving. We are continuously interacting and communicating with students and staff as well so that we get insights of the weak points and problems. We prepare ourselves for the challenges and try to find solutions in best possible ways to uplift the interest of students and provide them quality education along with good job prospects.
