If any student obtains passing marks in the Practical Paper/Project work but fails to secure passing marks in theory paper then the marks of practical paper/project work along with the internal assessment will be retained. Students who obtain the passing marks in one or two papers have to clear the paper in the next end semester exam. 

A student has to complete the Vidyasagar University semester exam in three consecutive chances including the first appearance in the concerned end sem exam. If the student fails to qualify the paper within the given chances he/she may reappear at the following year as 2nd chance.

Vidyasagar University Results 2022: Arrear Paper

In case, a student fails to secure the passing marks of 40% marks in an exam paper then such paper is called “Arrear Paper”. Arrear paper may be due to the absence in the exam or fail to secure the pass marks. The maximum number of arrears allowed in a semester is 2 i.e., one in Core paper and the other in GE/ AECC/ SEC/ DSE in a particular paper. Students are required to clear all the arrear paper from 1st to 5th semester before being promoted to 6th semester.

Vidyasagar University Results 2022: Special Supplementary Exam

Vidyasagar University offers a special supplementary exam facility for the 3rd year students who have arrears only for the 6th semester. However, reappearing students cannot apply for a special supplementary exam. Students must note that the Vidyasagar University special supplementary exam is only applicable for theory papers and not opt for practical papers.

Vidyasagar University Admit Card 2022

Vidyasagar University admit card is a mandatory document that candidates need to carry while appearing for the end semester examination. Without admit cards, candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall or to take up the examination.
