IIM Kashipur is a completely student driven campus. From placements to functional work, from academic to organizing fests, everything is handled by the students. IIM Kashipur Campus is spread over 200 acres. The Lush-green Campus is fully connected with Classrooms, Hostels & Mess. The Campus has very good Sports Facilities, Football Ground, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court and a Tennis Court are a part of the Campus. The Campus also has a Gym, Library, Auditorium and Cafeteria.

IIM Kashipur Library also known as Learning Resource Centre (LRC) is housed in a Spacious Building. LRC has a collection of 9449 Printed Books related to Management & Allied Subjects. The Library holds a good number of Printed & Electronic Resources which include Books, Journals, Databases, Audio-visual Materials, CDs/DVDs, E-journals, Reports, Case Studies, Theses etc. The Library is open 24 hours. For Issue/Returns Library is open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday.
