I have served the education industry for almost 20 years. This has been an extremely satisfying journey as I always had a sense of pride that I am able to make some contribution in the success stories of thousands of engineers. I am proud to say that most of my students are playing key roles in the development of their organizations by developing new products and technologies. In a way, I am able to contribute to the growth of my country and the betterment of society. So, I feel that education is the best industry to work in.

Working and achieving together a common goal set for the organization is feeling of contentment

According to me, leadership is all about helping all the team members to grow, and motivating them to give their best in whatever task is assigned to them. It helps us to achieve the common goal set for the organization. As Dean Admissions, I always try to bring in the potential students, whom we can shape and transform into excellent engineers and a good human being. 

The curriculum is designed by keeping abreast of the current industry standards

While designing the curriculum of SRM IST, Delhi-NCR Campus, it is ensured that the latest development in the industry and future possibilities are taken into consideration. As engineering is a futuristic domain wherein engineers visualize the future and design & develop the products, we have pioneers of industry and academia in the Board of Studies to design the curriculum. My team and I try to resolve the concerned matters pertaining to students and help them in any way possible

When students visualise this idea of contributing positively in making this world a better place to live, I and my students, both cherish this moment a lot.

I wish to tell the aspiring students that the journey of excellence is full of ups and downs, opportunities and challenges. Students must keep working to enhance their capabilities to meet the challenges and grab the opportunities. This will not only make them a good professional but also a good human being.

My prime role and responsibility for the institution is to strengthen the process of identifying good and potential young students who have the passion for bringing positive changes in the society. One the right set students are identified, then my job is to ensure that the students get world class education and get ample opportunities to showcase their talent. In turn, we can provide the result-oriented manpower to the industry.
