Prof. Pervez Mustajab is a Dean & Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Aligarh Muslim University. He did PhD from IIT Roorkee and has also worked at the University of Sulaymaniyah and Salahaddin, Iraq for about 3 years. Moreover, he held various positions in the University such as Placement Officer, ZHCET, OSD Development, Controller of Examinations, and Admissions. He has a teaching experience of 35 years. Facilitating and Feedback helps students to figure out and understand for themselves.A competency-based curriculum allows students to master and demonstrate competency in various tasks and skills. It comes with certain challenges that need to be overcome by the education model. A competency-based education prioritizes pupils and is adaptable to their changing requirements. “CNN model, Suggestion Mining, Neural Networks, and Linguistic Metadata, Disease Detection Using Machine Learning, Soft Computing Technique on Hydraulic Structure projects are working by students”

One ongoing research topic is the Control of Turbulent Channel Flows Using Convolutional Neural Networks. Another one is Utilizing Neural Networks and Linguistic Metadata for Early Detection of Depression. Depression has an effect on language and depressed individuals use social media platforms to discuss their problems. The third one is Suggestion Mining. The fourth one is Autonomous Navigation in a GPS-Denied Environment. Autonomous micro aerial vehicles play a major role in tasks such as search, environment monitoring, surveillance, and inspection.
