There are many driving forces which lead me to be in this profession for so long and it’s difficult to enumerate all of them, Still few important ones are my passion for education, secondly, the respect you gain in society lastly you always have the opportunity to learn new things and transfer them to you, students and colleagues.


When you first came to the Pacific University, what was your vision and how are you trying to achieve the same?

“The evolving of the facilities and academia of the college”

When I joined Pacific I thought to grow and reach the highest level in this field and it can be achieved unless you align yon goals with the organizational goals and that what I did. We try to achieve the skills and capabilities of the students in our institute.


How does the curriculum of Pacific University ensure the best practice of industry?

“The experiential learning and practical work fortification in the University”

We provide holistic development to the students of the college. The entire teaching pedagogy of the university focuses on nurturing and shaping the future of youth so that they can empower themselves. . The course curriculum is updated every year looking towards the industry requirement so that students can possess the most updated subject knowledge and skills and can be industry ready to seek better placements.


What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students are?

In my opinion, the first and foremost responsibility is to develop a conducive working environment where every employee gets an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally and to see how students get the best teaching-learning environment and how we can hone their employability skills side by side with life skills.

In my opinion, the biggest challenge for higher education in India is to increase the enrollment number of International Students on one side and in research on the other. And, for Pacific University it is to continuously endeavor towards maintaining its reputation for being the center of education excellence and let me very true that it’s a very challenging task as a society always have high delivery expectation from you.


How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment at your University?

“Loyalty lies in the features of the teamwork within the college premises”
