Dr. Krishna Kant Dave is the Director Academics of Pacific University, Udiapur. Prof. (Dr.) K.K. Dave, a post graduate in management studies (MBA-1996) and PhD in financial management is presently working as Dean Academics in Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, Udaipur. He has a blend of 24 years of Industry and Academic experience. Talking about the qualities a leader must possess, he shares his ideology on what it takes to become an effective leader. In the day-to-day routine, the institution makes sure to develop the personality of the students and ingrain skill sets required to become a professional. The institute makes sure to boost the morale of their students and nurture them. Moving forward, he thinks that keeping on track with the current trends of technology is a bit of a daunting task. Although, the institute aims to incline their focus on research and development. This will help the university to be progressive and help to be a renown mark of excellence.

 It is often said that leaders should always lead by example, and people will follow your lead. Thus, it’s up to you to decide what kind of example you want to set. Before becoming a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others. This should be the philosophy of leaders and I believe in it. Every employee in my organization should feel that there is one mentor to whom they can share their views openly, where they can embrace change without any fear. I think no one can stop the growth of the organization by adopting this strategy. Employees will remain with the organization and will contribute their best to the organization, hence resulting in the success of the organization.

We have vision and mission to transform the students in all aspects of personality. He/she should have the ability to serve the nation with utmost values and we imbibe these values in him/her. We make sure to take care of all our students and nurture them while they grow

Our objectives are to provide low cost education and low cost health treatment to all beneficiaries of the society. We have a special scholarship program for Economically Weaker Section students especially for SC/ST students who obtains 60% marks, we provide them 100% scholarship with the help of the state government.

Boosting Morale and teaching ethics are our top priority as an institution

We start our day first with an induction program where we teach them morale and ethics to be kept on top priority through meditation courses and professional training programs. From this, it is our observations that from the day one students establish healthy relationships with teachers and peer groups. We have a mentor system in the PAHER University with regular follow up in the improvement in the personality of the students. We have different clubs where they can show their creativity and we recognize their talent with appropriate reward systems.

Research and development inclined towards technology are our future priority

We want to analyze every student’s activities using artificial intelligence, develop their area of interest and passion in a particular field. Developing virtual classes would be our top priority in near future. Research is another area where we are putting our resources so that we may come up with more innovations.
