Sivapoorani Ganesan: Process of selection went through offline mode and there were 10 members in a group and it went really well. We were given 5 minutes to think and make notes of our points after the topic was disclosed and 15 minutes for discussion and at last everyone got 1 minute to conclude our points.

Sivapoorani Ganesan: There were two panel members for my personal interview and that was also offline mode, and the duration of the interview was 10 minutes, the interview was moderate.
