What is the best part of teaching according to you?

“A strong base of a well-educated and skilled nation”

Knowledge enhances the power of thinking and increases the curiosity in students which leads to research and innovation. I feel valuably efficient while applying knowledge to the practical world and contributing to the nation's progress. When you can relate and understand the different phenomena and concepts, it’s when true wisdom walks-in. Teaching industry is one of the important building blocks of modern India.

How would you describe your leadership style?

“Motivation and guidance for synchronization of work flow”

The key role of leadership is to influence the group or team within an organization in its effort for achieving their aim or goal. As head of department, my major responsibility is to create an environment of motivation and enthusiasm for students and staff both. I must impart a sense of faith and trust among them to ensure their potential participation and coordination in the workflow of the Institute.

Any insights on the special teaching method you use?

“Capacity enhancing practices and case study learning”

Civil engineering is one of the oldest and fascinating branches of engineering offering diverse practical application in real life infrastructural development. We give special attention to each and every student keenly analyzing their growth and performance academically. Slow learners are given timely care and help to understand the concepts. All students are given special assignments and projects to use their skills and knowledge with full potential. I personally prefer to apply day to day life examples and align theoretical knowledge to field study, project based learning, and flip learning.

Any suggestions you would like to give to current youth?

“Remain focused to your goals”

Today’s youth seems very distracted from their goal in life, lack of sincerity and dedication is very common these days. Utilize modern technology for education and personality development.
