Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Sanskriti Gupta: “GD was conducted in Offline mode. There were 6 members in each group. 3 faculties were sitting in the room. However, only 1 was doing the moderating activity, the other two were observing the candidates, taking notes of the body language, communication style, etc. Everyone in my panel got a chance to speak. It was more of a discussion, where everyone put forth their views.” 

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Sanskriti Gupta: “Is India's Mars Mission Justified?”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively? 

Sanskriti Gupta: “Yes. It is not about expenditure, which is also less than 0.5% of the overall budget. India has created history, which gathers a lot of credibility and respect from the international media. It also helps develop credibility for the nation while establishing relations with other nations.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Sanskriti Gupta: “There were two panels. Each panel had 3 members each. All were faculties from XIMB and XUB institutes. The interview was conducted in an offline mode. My interview lasted for about 20minutes. It was a conversational-style interview. They focused on my hobbies and interests and asked a few detailed questions. e.g. How many types of serves are there in volleyball? Also, they asked in-depth questions about my work experience. Tip - Please be honest and confident about your profile. If you have made it to the interview stage, you definitely got what it takes! Trust your abilities.”
