XIMB Faculty

The faculty at the college maintain a supportive and approachable relationship with students, providing assistance in various fields. The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 1:20, ensuring personalized attention. Most faculty members hold Ph.D. degrees and have both teaching and industry experience. The curriculum includes two exams per semester: a 30-mark midterm and a 40-mark end-term, with the remaining 30 marks based on internal assessments. The college is reputed for its renowned faculty, including those who have joined from top American universities, and some visiting faculty from IIM and XLRI.

Although most faculty members are well-qualified, a few have been noted as below standard. Faculty are involved in research, with numerous international journal publications. The course structure is well-designed, offering case studies and live projects. Students need a minimum CGPA of 5 in the first year and 5.5 overall to graduate. Each student has a mentor for guidance, and the teaching staff is generally considered excellent, contributing to the college's high ranking.
