    • Induction Fieldwork Segment: The students get real experience of the life of underserved communities of the rural areas.
    • Village Fieldwork Segment: Under this, students participate in research work with IRMA’s faculty to understand the concern of rural people. 
    • Summer Internship Segment: Students get to work with experienced management professionals working in the rural sectors.
