IRMA Placements 2023: Average Package: INR 15.50 LPA & Highest Package: INR 26.50 LPA

IRMA Placements 2023 has been concluded with 100% placements. IRMA highest package increased by 8% at INR 26.50 LPA & IRMA average package stood at INR 15.50 LPA. 249 students were placed with 399 offers. BFSI sector emerged as the dominating sector as 42% of the total offers came from this sector only. Students also received 41 pre-placement offers. 49 recruiters participated in IRMA Placements 2023. Some of the top recruiters included ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Reliance Retail, Vedanta, HDFC Bank etc. 

During IRMA Summer Internship Placements 2023, 250 students were placed with 450 internship offers. IRMA highest stipend stood at INR 1.7 Lakhs per month whereas IRMA mean stipend of INR 62 K per month.

IRMA Placements 2022 Salary Statistics

The below table shows the salary statistics of IRMA Placements 2022:

The mean salary stood at INR 20.05 LPA for the top 10 percentile, INR 17.67 LPA for the top 25 percentile, INR 16.70 LPA for the top 50 percentile. Freshers received a mean salary of 14.34 LPA & experienced students received a mean salary of INR 14.31 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was INR 8 LPA.

During IRMA Summer Internship Placements 2022, 250 students were offered 450 internship offers. The highest stipend of INR 1.70 Lakhs per month was offered. Mean stipend of INR 62 K per month & median stipend of INR 50 K per month were received. Top 10 percentile received an average stipend of INR 1.34 Lakhs per month & top 25 percentile received an average stipend of INR 1.08 Lakhs per month.

Major recruiters who participated in the summer internship placement drive included Amul, Crompton, Grant Thronton, ITC Ltd, KPMG, More, Nestle, Yes Bank etc.
