Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Shashank: There was a Group Task and it was held offline. There were 10 members in a group. Everyone was able to put their point forward and the discussion was a soft one although candidates in bid to put more of their points were cutting in between others points here and there.

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Shashank: The topic for group task was "Marketing for River Linking Project"

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Shashank: There were two panels and each panel had two members. The mode of interview was offline. The interview duration was about 10 minutes. The questions were mainly from your areas of interest and either your work experience or academic background.

Q1. Tell me about yourself?

A - I have done both my graduation and schooling from Chennai. Since my father is a defence personnel I had the chance to move along the various parts of the country. I like sports, particularly basketball and cricket.

Q2. What are the new developments in the defence structure?

A - A new rank of Chief of Defence Staff.

Q3. What is the role of Chief of Defence Staff? What is his name?

A - The role of CDS is to lead the armed forces through coordination and increase the advice of the head of the armed forces. The CDS of India is General Bipin Rawat.

Q4. Who are the three best players from Indian National team?

A - The three best players are Amritpal Singh , Vishesh Brighuvanshi and Amjyot Singh. Together they are called the big three.

Q5. Who is the Chief of Air Staff?

A - The Chief of Air Staff is Air Chief Marshal R S Bhadauria.

These were some of the Questions that I can recall as they were directly related to my Introduction. Other questions were from my academic background and current affairs.
