What made you decide to become a teacher?
“To promote the overall development of students made me a teacher”
There is a sloka in Sanskrit and that is “Matha, Pitha, Guru, Daivam.” This means mother direct one to father, father directs to teacher and teacher directs to God. This is true especially for a model teacher. Mere academic topics completion in an effective way doesn’t pave the way to become one as a model teacher. A model teacher is a one who promotes the overall development of a student. Overall development means development in terms of physical, mental and spiritual. Lack of good teachers is evidenced in the present scenario. So I have decided to opt my profession in the field of education and I tried my level best to be a model teacher through my action.
