Prof. Kameswari Chowduri, Aurora’s Business School

Prof. Kameswari Chowduri is working in Aurora’s Business School as an Associate Professor from the past five years. She holds an MBA degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH). She has a remarkable experience of 18 years as an educator. She has worked in foreign institutions for four years. She has served in a couple of management colleges prior to joining Aurora’s Business School. She is specialized in HR, career guidance and personality development areas. Presently she is pursuing her Ph. D. from Annamalai University.

Prof. Chowduri’s teaching interests lie in the areas of Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and Talent Management. In addition, she has administrative skills and research skills which contributed to her participation in national and international seminars, workshops and conferences. She has visited North-East Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai and Abu Dhabi which gave her exposure to an international environment with a diverse culture and strategic thinking. Her primary responsibility as the head of the management is to promote academic quality and efficient teaching consistent with the mission of the business school. This includes building strategic planning and assessment efforts, coordinating with the faculties for executing academic programmes and scheduling the sessions of the faculty.

In the meetings we figure out the effective implementing of academic schedules, continuous assessment, and evaluation of students with 360 degrees performance appraisal, sorting and resolving student issues and managing their affairs by prioritizing to get readiness for the corporate world.


How we deal with parents’ feedback on the faculty

A positive approach to receiving a parent always supports student-teacher relationship
