What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Due to the improvement potential in this field, I am keen to be a part of it”

I have spent more than 6 years in this industry now. I feel the education sector is something that forms the backbone of the Indian Economy. However, it is still one of the most underdeveloped sectors in India. When it comes to innovation and advancement, the education sector still has a long way to go. The sector needs to be revolutionized and advanced. It is my desire to be involved in this sector due to the potential for improvement in some aspects of it. Also, play a role in revolutionizing various aspects of this sector. 


What is your philosophy of leadership? 

“Transforming the lives of people and allowing holistic growth”

My simple mantra behind leadership is to transform the lives of people. All of us, at every level, should learn something new, help grow ourselves and others. Ensuring excellence for all is the ultimate goal. This is my only philosophy of leadership. We have to keep learning and growing.

How do you plan the marketing and administration of your school?

“Positive word-of-mouth and positive digital presence are important"

I believe the key to good strategy always lies within the organization. You can only identify existing enhancements when you analyze your business and operations thoroughly. As a part of our strategic meetings with our functional heads, we always make it a point to look into our experience and pain points from our students. This helps us identify the key areas of improvement and that is how we set our quarterly goals.

When it comes to Marketing, we try to keep it simple. Our first and foremost belief is to provide the best educational service. We strongly believe that word-of-mouth is the best tool of marketing. Along with that, we generally analyze trends, deep dive into our past admission data and ensure to promote ourselves using the right media platforms.


How does the curriculum of ODM Business School ensure the best practice of industry?

“An integrated curriculum that ensures students are receiving blended learning education”

The curriculum here at ODM Business School is very structured and ensures that the students get both in-class and outside classroom teachings. The 1st year contains more than 30 subjects divided across 3 trimesters, full of case studies, assignments and projects. Industrial Visits are planned every alternate month and at the end of 1st year. A Mandatory two-month summer internship is provided to the students for real-life corporate exposure. This all makes them ready for the 2nd year, where they get to do dual specialization from the array of 5 specialization areas. 


Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

“Everyone can achieve something if they work hard and have a learning attitude”

As an educationist, I try not to complicate a student's headspace with multiple suggestions. Mostly, I end up sharing one simple piece of advice, that is, “You need to work hard to ensure that you keep learning and thus growing”. This is the evergreen principle that has helped everyone on this planet achieve something in their life.

What are some plans that you’re currently designing for ODM Business School?
