What is your leadership philosophy?

“I believe in teamwork and growth of everyone”

In my viewpoint, the leader should act in a fair manner. Leaders must acknowledge their plus and minus and should continually quest for knowledge to improve their leadership skills. They should pave the way for their subordinate’s independent growth both in curricula and other skills. Leaders should respect their team and the team's idea and must be optimistic to motivate their team without being biased.

What valuable advice would you like to give to students for a prosperous career?

“Make the best use of every opportunity that comes your way”

In my viewpoint students have to quickly adapt, reskill rather than upskill and face the challenges. Given the current trends, students must learn fast to adapt to the changes imposed on them by COVID, or any future shock events.

What challenges have you faced in uplifting the quality of education of your college?

“Accommodating students coming from different backgrounds to college environment”

We have students in our college from the rural area and they suffer while practicing their own dialects language [Tamil/Hindi] and it becomes very hard for them to learn English 100% efficiently. Adopting the University curriculum and its system is a great challenging task for them.
