Mr. Amar Saxena is the Director at Rajiv Academy for Technology & Management. He has 32 years of work experience including academia & corporates. He holds the degree of Ph.D, MBA, M. Sc. He has worked as a professor at Apeejay Group, Greater Noida for 4 years then he moved to KIET Group, Ghaziabad as a Dean Academics,Professor & Head MBA for 2 years. He was Director & Professor at Accurate Group, Greater Noida for 4 years. At present he is working as Director at Rajiv Academy for Technology and Management. According to him the youth of our country is born intelligent. We just have to nurture them with our vision, engagement and determination. Youth is obviously the key to nation resources.

We make sure to integrate co-curricular and skill development activities for the development of the students 

A gamut of co curricular, extra curricular and soft/life skill development and technical skill development programs are the integral part of our academic calendar/schedule. Many of our faculties attend seminars and webinars so that they can teach students the current trend and they would not lag in any way. Institutes organize many programs for students so that they can learn to work in a team, think innovatively, learn management and many other skills that they will require in their life.

The efforts of each and every member of the team has resulted in excellent placement records

 We are doing excellent placements every year and this is because of continuous efforts of our Students, Alumni, Faculty members, Soft skill/ Technical skill trainers and last but not the least, Corporate Resource Center team who are working day and night to achieve their goals. Right now our PG placement is almost 100% since the last consecutive three years and UG placement is approx 80% and increasing every year. Some of our students have also achieved overseas placement and they are doing excellent in their jobs.

The placement records has shown positive trends with an increment of highest and average package this year

The highest package for this year is 12.4 lacs and nine of our MBA students have achieved this package. The average package is also showing an increasing trend and most of the students are placed at the end of the course duration. We have an aim to get 100% of all our students and we are leading towards that and for that our placement team is trying to convince companies and students are making us proud every year.

There are loopholes which we have identified in our curriculum and are working towards it 

Ans 9. We are affiliated with AKTU Lucknow and DBRU Agra . So we could impart the curriculum as prescribed by these universities. However we do have some gaps in our co curricular programs and we have to overcome that. Once we will get our own university functional in 2020 then we will have the liberty to design our own curriculum and bridge that gap so that we can make justice with the students and make them avail the best education and infrastructure.

 The competition with others in the outside world is pseudo. The real competition is with himself/herself only and everyone has to win that. Explore your qualities and follow your instinct. Do not follow what others are doing because even though they may be successful in their life that does not mean we should follow their path. You have to find your interest and excel over it and make your family, institution and country proud of them.
