Being the Head of the Placement Department, what are your responsibilities towards the students?

"It is to ensure all around development of students by providing them finest education and amenities"

As a Department Head, my responsibility is to ensure students receive all kinds of facilities, growth opportunities and best education in our college. Along with this, arranging technical and communication related training programs for them and preparing them for the outside competitive world also comes under the scope of my responsibilities.

What extracurricular activities are organized in college to develop essential skills in students?

Our college totally understands the fact that co-curricular activities are very important along with academics for the all around development of students. Hence, we provide customized training programs to our students on latest technologies and industrial visits along with guest lectures and webinars are regularly conducted by our college. We arrange a minimum of 2 industrial visits for our students in a single semester to educate them about the latest developments, requirements and trends of the industrial world. Apart from this, we offer sessions on students to enhance their technical skills, communication skills, stress and time management skills. We also have campus to corporate programs to prepare our students for placement.

We have a stellar record of 100% placement and the credit goes to hardwork of our Placement Cell and students who work together rigorously. And some of our students are also pursuing higher education courses. So we provide our full support and assistance to our students for both placements and higher education. 

What was the highest and average package secured by students of your college during recent recruitment?

"Highest package was 35 LPA while average was around 3.5-4 LPA"

We have an amazing record of 100% placement. And the maximum package which our students have secured during recent recruitment drives is 35 LPA which was offered by the Sigma company. And the average package secured by students ranges between 3.5-4 LPA.

Do you have any plans to develop the placement cell of your college in upcoming years?

"We are planning to bring best opportunities and industries in college for the benefit of our students"

We have a dedicated Training and Placement Cell in our college to prepare and train students for the actual Interview process. And every year, this cell works rigorously with eminent industries to provide good job profiles to students. Last year, Sigma company offered the amazing 35 LPA package to our student and this year we are planning to bring Atlassian to our college campus for the recruitment drive since the highest package of which offers 55 LPA. So, our goal is to bring the best companies to our college for the benefit of students. 

Any valuable advice which you would like to give to the students for a prosperous career ahead?

"Keep your fundamentals clear and keep learning new things"

I would advise all my students and students of our society to keep their fundamentals crystal clear in their mind, because their command on basic concepts decides how much they will succeed while pursuing Graduation and Post Graduation courses. Also improve your communication skills as this is one of the key factors in securing a good job in reputed companies after finishing your respective courses.
