I think it is not a challenge but a continuous improvement just like in every sector, as we have to cater to the needs of the industry, with changes in time. The Engineering and Technology field is continuously changing due to new innovations and modern practices. Basically, I am a teacher and hence I am engaged in classes for the students. I am interacting with the students and encouraging them throughout their co-curricular and extracurricular activities by means of departmental forums and clubs in the institute.
The present generation and the ideal environment required for their growth
The basic priority of an institution is academics. But the college environment should provide an atmosphere for the overall personality development of a student in addition to excellent academics. The present generation is capable of multitasking. They learn, absorb and perform many activities. They have to be provided with different platforms to nourish their talents. This can be achieved by providing different spheres of opportunities in the institution for the young minds.
