He has been guiding his students over every issue they have been facing in their careers.
What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“The capability to keep students focused on their respective fields for success”
Teaching is my passion and a gracious profession. It gives me the ability to clear the student’s career with growth and development. The other reason is personal, I am the son of a teacher (Principal) and I have observed my father dedicated his life to teaching his students and receiving a lot of respect and honor. In my teaching career of almost 37 years, I have taught several hundreds of students and observed many of them occupying key positions in industries as well as institutions and acknowledge the knowledge imparted by me to them.
What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“Participative leadership with a blend of ideas and innovations”
I have adopted a Participative or democratic style by including one or more faculty members in the decision-making process but holding the authority of taking the final decision. I allow the faculty members to make the decisions; however, I still take the responsibility for the decisions that are made. On a new faculty member who is just learning the job, I show the authority as a competent and a good coach to motivate him/her to learn a new skill of teaching.

Any insights into how your college could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?
“We believe in our motto of togetherness that says ‘To reach the unreached’
We provide anti-racism and no discrimination among the students. We provide 20% free seats for the meritorious economically poor students. We believe in unity in diversity with all the facilities for everyone.
What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the college and the students are?
“Various roles and responsibilities come with several positions”
- Involving in management decisions to improve the quality of education as well as the admission.
- To build the department of excellence so that the institution gains recognition.
- To provide necessary guidance to the students for their career growth – Impart the required knowledge both academically as well as ethically.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
“Learn to feel satisfied, to feel complete and to keep up the interest always”
I advise the current youth to take up the educational course of their interest and study for their satisfaction and not for the job purpose as suitable job opportunities come to their door steps if they have the required expertise. Also, the aspiring students are advised to enjoy their study without any compromise and make use of available infrastructure to the fullest extent and serve the Society and the Nation at large.
What do you see as your college’s greatest strengths?
“The management and faculty that leave no stone unturned by their hard work”
- Excellent management,
- Good faculty retention,
- Qualified and dedicated faculty members in all branches.

What are some plans that you’re currently (or will be) designing for international affairs and/or students?
“Associations with international universities”
We have MoUs’ with some of the foreign universities and as per that we can have the students from foreign universities continuing their education in our institution and at the same time our students can continue their education in foreign institutions and under the faculty exchange program, even the faculties can be deputed to the foreign universities.
“Work hard than you think you did yesterday.”
