Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different backgrounds?

“Financially disadvantaged students should be offered scholarships"

All activities can be enhanced by the presence of students from diverse backgrounds. It is likely that a student from a different background will have a different perspective on any topic when discussing it. When students of different races communicate, English should be the preferred language since most people can understand it. Dress codes should be in place to ensure that students of different economic backgrounds do not feel embarrassed. Scholarships should be offered to financially disadvantaged students.

What do you think your responsibilities to the institute and the students are?

Every step must be for the welfare of student and learners”

In our role and responsibilities to institutes and students, we should aim to guide students in the direction of being successful and professionally stable. In addition to theoretical knowledge, students should be provided with practical experience. Institutes will definitely grow if students grow. It is important to become aware of possible deficiencies in our institute as early as possible, such as library books, equipment, chemicals in labs, or staff member shortages.
