What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Constant learning and having to upskill for the current trends”

Teaching and research are my passions. Since finishing my Post Graduation, I’ve been associated with the education sector. As an educator, I don’t just teach students, I also have to keep upskilling and learning the current trends. It is my pleasure to be a part of the success of many students and the satisfaction which I get after guiding them to their goals keeps me motivated to continue my journey in this domain.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“My Leadership Style is Coaching focused which encourages new learning”

Educational leadership is the process of enlisting and guiding the talents and energies of teachers, pupils, and parents toward achieving common educational aims. My leadership style is The Coaching Style. It encourages teachers and students to try some samples of new things to develop their strengths and be more aware of their weaknesses. This leads to more self-awareness, which helps people focus on their strengths in a much more positive way.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“For marketing and administration, we focus on Video Marketing”

Video marketing is extremely effective because it makes it much easier to show off your institute's personality, thereby allowing viewers to connect with you more successfully, which will enable you to engage with them on a more personal level. This is hard to do with offline marketing strategies, as posters and flyers have limited reachability and cannot be tracked.

How do you make the Course Curriculum industry-oriented?

“To bridge the gap between the practical and theoretical skills of students”

In today’s educational system, the participation of industries in curriculum design and delivery at institutions and universities is very much essential to prepare the students for employment. This will bridge the gap between the industry and institutions and will enable the students to become industry-ready. Our curriculum is designed to provide pragmatic learning to the students to meet industry standards. The curriculum is set for a synergistic functioning of matching industry expectations and individual competence. This ensures that our students would be able to deliver equity and excellence at all levels, from vision to implementation. They are being guided at each step to perform better and differently at all times.

How does your college accommodate the safety, wellbeing, development of students from diverse backgrounds (economically and socially)?

“Promote the concept of Equality in Diversity”

Our college promotes equality and diversity in the classroom. Promoting equality and diversity in education is essential for both teachers and students.

The aim is to create a classroom environment where all students can thrive together and understand that individual characteristics make people unique and not different in a negative way.

How do you tend to establish a relationship with the students?

“We treat our students as a part of Advisory Committees and Brand Ambassador”

As a major stakeholder in the institute, our students are a part of Advisory Committees. Our present and past students are our ambassadors. General talks and sessions which take place regularly during the semester allow students to interact directly with the management. They can raise their concerns, clear doubts, and give us feedback. This unique initiative allows us to improve our work as an educational institute.
