Dr. Ravinder Singh is the Director at Rattan Institute of Technology and Management, Palwal. He has completed his MCA, M.tech and Ph.D. He has been a part of the institute since 2008 and initially took the responsibilities of an Assistant Professor. Later on, he went to become the Dean of Student Welfare in 2012. Finally, in 2018 he became the Director of the institute and since then he has dedicated himself to help his students excel in academics and careers.

I am always striving to improve and extend the knowledge of young people. You improve the world by improving someone's knowledge. It's my passion to teach and conduct research. In addition to teaching students, I've had to learn the current trends since I finished my Ph.D. There are several factors to consider such as

Being the Director of Rattan Institute of Technology and Management, I firmly believe that in order to develop an effective leadership philosophy, it is essential to consider the concept of transformational leadership. Transformational leaders are those who are capable of leading the organization to change paradigms.

How do you plan the marketing and administration of your school?

“With help of competitive analysis and market research in the education sector”
