What latest program are you offering in your institute to help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd?

"We are offering NPTEL based programs and BE Degree to students"

We persuade the students to sign up for the NPTEL (National Programme on Technical Enhanced Learning) programmes which are generally credit-based courses to help them develop necessary skills needed to survive in this competitive world and students receive the BE Honors Degree as soon as they finish their credits.


What are the best practices of the courses your institute is providing to students?

"We conduct as much experiments as possible after teaching a concept to students"

We make sure that each of our students learn subjects concepts by doing experiments and practicals. And for this we regularly ensure their presence in laboratories for hands-on lessons in order to clear their subject related doubts. 


What are some of the valuable insights of programs that you are offering at your institute?

"Students can join organization which deals with design, production, development and QA"

In my experience, by successfully pursuing the Automobile Engineering programs from Narayanaguru College of Engineering, students can join different sectors like Automobile Industries and Organizations which deal with communication, design, development, production, quality and testing etc. or they can also go for higher studies both in India and abroad. How do the programs of your college ensure the future preparedness of students?

We have given as much freedom as we can to our students with respect to the learning and experimentation environment. We also help to learn new tools, technologies and software as and when required. And we offer tremendous opportunities and platforms to them to showcase their creative skills and to make them more confident in this competitive world. 


How do you build a connection between your institute courses and the industrial world demands?

"We build by assigning real time projects to students and offering them good internships"

We regularly arrange industry based internships for our students so that whatever they have learnt in lectures they can use that knowledge in the best possible way by working on real time projects. It also educates students on how to identify problems, implementable actions and exercise judgments while making decisions. Apart from this, we keep assigning mini-major projects to our students to build the spirit of teamwork and interpersonal and leadership skills.


What kind of teaching methodologies do you generally follow during your classes? 

"By supplementing students knowledge with value added content like videos or assignments"

We deliver the curriculum using a wide variety of approaches depending on the students interests and academic needs. First one is definitely the usual lectures we take every day and then we try to supplement the delivered knowledge with making informative videos and sharing them with our students. We also encourage students to conduct more and more experiments in order to strengthen their subject knowledge and clear their doubts. 


Being a Faculty of the Automobile Department, what are your responsibilities for the students?

"I am responsible to educate students and assist them in labs to conduct practical"

Being a faculty at Narayanaguru College, the ambiance of my responsibilities is not restricted to academics only. And my topmost responsibility is to offer finest quality education and learning amenities to students. In addition to this, I need to plan, arrange, coordinate and oversee lectures and practical for the students who are under our supervision. I also have to take students' assessments, assign them assignments as and when required, guide them for their career and project work and transform them into best professionals and better human beings. 


Which factors make the programs of your institute the best for the students to opt?

"Our blended teaching-learning techniques and projects we assign to students makes our courses unique"

We use a blended learning approach so that the students can engage with faculty while receiving both theoretical and practical knowledge from them. Overall idea is to bring teachers and students on a common platform for collaboration for academics and project work. Additionally, we have a smart campus where students can access lessons within an hour of the lecture being presented.


Any valuable advice which you would like to give to the students to have a prosperous career ahead?

"Keep looking for suitable internships or work-study programs to utilize your skills"

I would suggest to my students and youths of our society to look for suitable internships where they can effectively utilize their skills and build new one. Also enroll yourself in a work-study programme whenever you find such opportunities. if possible. Keep learning new things, enhance your knowledge, start your day early, stay focused and dedicated towards your goals, and maintain a balance between your personal and professional life because both are necessary for a bright future.

How do you establish healthy relations with the students?

"By making classroom learning more interactive and fun for them and regularly communicating with them"

I teach them passionately and with full enthusiasm and also keep a positive attitude while I communicate with them. To make lectures less boring and more fun, I use humor in between classes and promote the ambiance of participative learning for the benefit of my students.
