Being Admission Head of MVR College of Engineering, what are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

“Providing appropriate awareness to students and parents is my primary responsibility”

Being an admission officer, I always give appropriate awareness to students and their parents about the courses. Scope of the future available for them is my role. We ensure & make those students confident and believe that we will prepare them so effectively for attaining that knowledge,skills to accomplish in their chosen courses. Organizing various activities is my other responsibility.


How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty in MVR College of Engineering & Technology?

“Make each one on campus understand all circumstances, needs and consequences”

By making them understandable about the circumstances, needs, Necessity and consequences are a great step to maintain good relations. These are the tasks that I will implement in my duties.


How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects and make it industry oriented?

“Guide pupils to go through updated information and changes that happen in specific fields”

We guide students to go through the updated information and changes that are happening in their respective fields. Need for their practical approach towards their subject and lab curriculum is vital for us. 


What are the best practices offered by the department to students which help them gain necessary skills?

“Conduct online or offline guest lectures, seminars, Workshops and certifications to students”

Encouraging students to participate in various online/offline guest lectures, seminars, workshops and certifications. So, they are getting the awareness among the necessary skills. We also conduct competitive activities for all. 


How do you strategize the curriculum and get updated to make it befitting for the students?

“Strategize the curriculum with respect to the real time knowledge and skills required for students”

Our Expert committee will strategize the curriculum with respect to the real time knowledge and skills required for students. They can meet the industrial requirements. Our curriculum will be verified and made necessary modifications if any for every year.

How do you help your student to cope up with the competition being so high in the outside world?

“Seminars and skill tests are given to students on our campus”

We conduct seminars with industry related professionals and conduct model skill tests. It will replicate industry level tests for letting students know his ability and overcome his difficulties and drawbacks.


Do you have any extracurricular activities/ programs to enhance the skills of the students or expose them to real-world challenges?

“Workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits according to their courses are available on campus”

We are conducting frequent workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits according to their courses. It will enhance them in their relevant fields.


What are the challenges you faced to uplift the quality of education of MVR College of Engineering & Technology?

“Keep students track in activities and make them industry ready”

Maintaining consistency in students for keeping them on track in activities and courses. We are planning to make them industry ready.


When you came to college, what was your vision and how are you trying to achieve the same? 

“Flourishment and growth of each and every department involved in academics”

As far as my duties is concerned, it is my prime responsibility to serve my management with heart and good will as per their requirements. My Vision is flourishment and growth of each and every department involved in administration and academics of our institution.
