What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To develop, implement and improve continuously”

I believe in a positive attitude to develop, Implement and continuously improve a management system. I also support, motivate, and understand the organization's people. Think that a vision is achieved by the harmony and teamwork of each member of the organization.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute?

“Providing Students with interactive sessions and clear doubts at regular intervals”

A good interpersonal relationship is maintained between students and staff members. The Management, Principal and faculty members in EASA are always approachable to the students. The faculty help our students apart from academics they also encourage and support the students in paper presentations and projects etc. With Different clubs in the college, faculty in charge guide the students in doing different programs which make the student channelize their energy productively and improve their self-esteem.

How do you make the subjects industry-oriented?

“Providing students with industrial visits to gain practical experience”

As Hutchings (1990) wrote, “What’s at stake is the capacity to perform, to put what one knows into practice". In professional courses what they learn in the classrooms is not enough to practice in the field. To bridge this gap industrial visits are arranged for the students where they visit industries and observe and learn. Experts from the industry are invited to give lectures to the students. Moreover, the students attend internships every semester and are asked to report on what they learned from the industry.

How do you update and strategize the curriculum?

“Updation of the Syllabus by designing the strategies”

Our College is affiliated with Anna University Chennai. The Course Curricula are framed by the university. In bridging the gap between academics and the industry, workshops, seminars are given on courses and topics which are relevant for making the students fit in the industry.

What advice would you give to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead?

“Students should focus on the changing demands of the industries and adjust themselves according to it”

My advice for the student community is to have a passion for the field of their study and I ask my students to dream to become good professionals as "When we want something , all the Universe conspires in helping you to achieve it"( Paulo Coelho). My mission is to guide the student on their pathway to success through academic achievement and personal growth. Students should focus on the changing demands of the Industry and adjust themselves according to them.
