What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“The sense of fulfilment that comes with being an educationist”

An institution truly achieves its objective when its students emerge as successful individuals. Being responsible for the future paths of aspiring students constantly motivates me. Our institution takes pride in building positive influencers and future leaders.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Being a team player responsible for everyone's combined growth”

A leader is truly defined by their self-discipline and their capacity of outperforming an issue. There is a need to think alike to achieve the goals. Most importantly, paying attention to eveyones opinions and suggestions.

How do you plan the marketing and administration of your Institute?

“Being actively involved in Social media campaigning and advertisements”

In this digital world, you need to be on par with the trending approach. In this present era, social media marketing and digital marketing needs to be crisp and straight to the point. BITS uses the concepts of a securely optimized website, ad campaigns over social media, and digital flyers to grab our target audiences attention.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

“Special tailored academics schedules are designed for students benefit”

The college believes that mere academics won’t make the student ready to face the competitive world. The management has fused a few out of the box strategies alongside the general academic schedule. These include public speaking, soft skills, general aptitude and reasoning. Also, certification programs to provide basic functioning to the students right from their 1st year. From this academic year, certified programs in artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity have been added to the academic programs that are already being offered.

Any insights into how your university welcomes students of different backgrounds?

“An all inclusive, effortless and affordable education”

Our institution is a combination of student fraternity from all classes and various frameworks. We have private in-house and out-house hostels well established to cater for students, their enhancements, their food propensities, etc. An environment of unity, cherishing the diversity, is promoted at BITS.

What do you think of your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students?

“Being well networked for the industry-academia initiatives”

A few of the responsibilities that are really required as per my knowledge in addition to the general ones are:

  • To strengthen the academic delivery mechanism.
  • To ensure that students undergo rigorous training for enhancing their employability skills.
  • Encourage and ensure student’s participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

“Never settle for being average at what you do”

My advice to them would be to educate themselves to an extent where they are confident enough to grab a job and make their parents proud. Success favours the privileged, not the lazy ones dreaming about it. Do not be overconfident of yourselves but be self-confident.

What are some plans that you’re currently designing for your institute’s international affairs?

“International collaborations with prestigious institutions for students and faculty members ”

BITS has global MOU’s with worldwide academic foundations situated in the Asia Pacific and Australian Continent. We have seen a colossal increment in the quantity of international student registrations. In the coming years, we look forward to making BITS a global hub for the international aspirants.

How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your institute?

“By creating a pool of opportunities and maintaining transparency”

A disciplinary yet flexible climate is set up among the students and faculty professionals. This guarantees an always open channel between them. We are famous for our student-centric social events and gatherings. From academic to social events, social clubs to premier sports leagues, we have everything which makes the students feel balanced. Ragging is also carefully denied on the school premises.
