What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“Accepting the changes and having strong beliefs”
The key to good leadership is successfully managing the team and the institution with strong values and principles. Another important factor is commitment and focused goals, which help motivate and inspire the team to work towards the organization's growth collectively. I constantly pursue what I have faith in, which helps attain success, and Aryans are warriors and have a strong sense of achievement, which makes ACEIT a world-class institution.
Any insights into how your college could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?
“Continuous support and special assistance to anyone in need”
Arya is an institution promoting cosmopolitan culture. We continuously welcome students from different racial and economic backgrounds. We have never set boundaries in admitting students from other regions, religions, cultures, gender, categories, etc. We are open to all and adopt government guidelines, scholarship schemes, and promote students from areas like Jammu, Kashmir, and other remote areas to take campus admission.

What would you like people to know about your college they may not know?
“Dynamic technocrats with holistic knowledge, strong values, and deep understanding”
Renowned and highly qualified faculty to constantly guide the students. The multiple Corporate-Academia tie-ups provide ample exposure to the students who learn the latest techniques to meet the challenges of the modern era. We train students in every semester to develop their personality and update their knowledge and skills through Soft Skills workshops/classes, mock interview sessions, placement guidance, and practice tests throughout the semesters so that they can excel.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
“Success is achieved by those who embrace the difficulties”
Message for youth I would like to convey to the youth today that multiple challenges, competition and the constant fear of failure is natural in life, and in the present pandemic situation, they may be surrounded with uncertainty. So, you need to set focused goals and strive to achieve them with a can-do attitude and strong confidence in the self.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for Arya College specifically?
“Students not being aware of the changes taking place rapidly”
The first and foremost challenge that we are facing in the present scenario is that the students today are looking for opportunities in other sectors apart from the age-old traditional medical and engineering fields. Engineering offers more focused learning of emerging technologies which is the need of the hour.
