At the postgraduate level, Arya College of Engineering and IT offers Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree program to the aspiring candidates. The M.Tech program is offered under three different specialization subjects.

To be considered eligible for the M.Tech program, a candidate must possess B.Tech degree or equivalent from any recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST and OBC candidates), without any approximation in the Graduate examination and a valid GATE scorecard.

Admission are made strictly as per the guidelines of CAM (Centralized Admission in M.Tech.), Rajasthan Technical University.
