AVIT Organises 3D Printing “Drem It- Build It” Online Workshop
Date: June 19, 2021
Do you want to explore the world of 3d miniatures and engineering prototype, then these 5 days training program will give you glimpse of it?
In this program, we will enrich your knowledge about 3D printing technology and the types of printing technology in 3D. This will open the door to the next advancement level of dreaming i.e. "The 3D scanner”. The 3D scanner technology assists us to print what we actually discern through our eyes. This technology saves a great deal of time in either designing a structure or person. And it is also feasible to edit through the available software, subsequently preparing the printer for printing and finally post refining the printed modules.
3D printing uses computer-aided design to create three-dimensional objects through a layering method. Sometimes referred to as additive manufacturing, 3D printing involves layering materials, like plastics, composites or bio-materials to create objects that range in shape, size, rigidity and color.
3D printers are part of the additive manufacturing family and use similar methods to a traditional inkjet printer- albeit in 3D. It takes a combination of top-of-the-line software, powder-like materials and precision tools to create a three-dimensional object from scratch. All the institutions are using 3D printers to bring hands-on learning to the classroom by printing off three-dimensional dinosaur bones and robotics pieces. The flexibility and adaptability of 3D printing technology makes it an instant game-changer for any industry.
