BCI PEARL FIRST to Inaugurate India International University of Legal Education and Research on June 9, 2022


New Delhi: Bar Council of India Trust-Pearl First is going to inaugurate its initiative the India International University of Legal Education and Research (IIULER) in Goa on June 9, 2022.

The university's new building, which is located at Upasnagar, Sancoale will be inaugurated by Goa's Chief Minister. The Chief Guest and Guest of Honor will be Supreme Court judges Justice BR Gavai and Justice Surya Kant, respectively.

Additionally, Justice MM Sundresh, Judge, Supreme Court of India, and Administrative Judge Justice MS Sonak will be there to grace the event and address the gathering.

IIULER is India’s first and only international legal institution of its kind. The institute for which the government has set up a large plot of land in South Goa will open its first world-class transit campus with smart classrooms at Sancoale, adjacent to the BITS Pilani Goa

It will also have a global standard library and a well-equipped residential facility for both students and faculties with air-conditioned rooms, a swimming pool, gym, hygienic food court, laundry facility and security.

IIULER will provide a variety of multidisciplinary courses, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and research-based courses, as well as a variety of customised, innovative legal learning programmes with proper integration of law.

It will use a comparative law approach to give a 3D study of law including the text, context and action parts of the law. Skilling, stimulated training, and experiential learning will all be equally important, It will also have a cutting edge foreign language lab.
