Assam University PG Diploma Admission 2022 Open; Last Date to Apply is November 6

New Delhi: Assam University has begun the application process for the postgraduate level degree programmes and diploma programmes for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @http://www.aus.ac.in/, by November 6, 2022. 

Assam University offers PG and Diploma courses in various specialisations. Candidates seeking admission to the PG and Diploma programmes can submit their applications till November 6, 2022. 

The university will implement the Course Curriculum of NEP 2020 from the session 2022-23. Candidate's admission to these PG and Diploma courses will be based on the entrance examination followed by a personal interview round.

The university offers a Diploma course in French Language and PG diploma course in eight disciplines.

The university offers M.Tech, MBA, MA, M.Sc., M.Com, M.L.I.Sc, M.Ed., MVA, MSW and LLM Programmes at PG level, whereas diploma courses are offered in multiple specialisations. 

Assam University PG/ Diploma Admission 2022-23: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the PG and Diploma courses can go through the eligibility criteria. 

• MA: Candidates must have passed a BA degree in relevant discipline.
• M.Sc: Candidates must pass in B.Sc. degree in relevant discipline. 
• M.Com: Candidates must pass in Graduation in Accountancy & Statistics or B.Com or BBA. LLM: Candidate must pass in BA LLB or LLB degree from recognized university.
• M.Ed: Candidate must hold a BA/B.Sc./ B.Com degree with minimum 45% marks or B.Ed. with minimum 55% marks. 
• PG Courses: Candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. 
• UG diploma course: Candidates should have passed Matriculation from any recognized board. 
• PG Diploma and Certificate course: Candidates must have done graduation in a relevant discipline.

Assam University PG/ Diploma Admission 2022-23: Selection Process

• Candidate's selection to all the PG courses will be done on the basis of written test and interview.
• Selection to the UG & PG Diploma course is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

All the candidates who are appearing or appeared in the TDC final examination 2022 of the university or any other recognized university may apply as well, however, such candidates will have to submit the complete result of their TDC examination in the concerned department at the time of personal interview. Candidates will have to submit separate applications for each course.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Assam University @www.aus.ac.in.

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
