FutureAcad is a Joint Initiative of Rooman Technologies and NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) to establish a sustainable long-term partnership with reputed and responsible academic institutions to address the skill and employability gap by leveraging industry connections and skilling expertise to its full potential. 
 
Background: The skill gap is a persistent issue in the Indian educational system and its lack of opportunities for students to learn remains one of the top concerns for the sector. A rapidly changing digital world mandates Academic institutions to adapt and update their curriculum to meet the skill set requirements of the industry. There is wide consensus among industry leaders and academicians on the glaring disconnect between skills needed in the workforce and skills that students develop during their studies. 
 
About Rooman:
A private limited company established in 1999 with an aim of empowering youth with digital and vocational skills, integrating them into innovative IT solutions and digital transformation opportunities through focused job opportunities. Rooman has trained and employed around 10 Lakh Students since 1993 and is one of the premier skilling Partners of NSDC 
 
About NSDC:
NSDC is a not-for-profit public limited company incorporated in 2008 to promote skill development across India by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. NSDC has trained around 20.45+ Lakh Students across its 500 + Training Partners.
