if we ask salary they didn't respond proper answer and what the exactly reason they wont tell us may be they misleading working staff salary as bussiness trick .if we ask reason for previous 3-4 months salary they behave upon ladies rude and rash and shouting/target one person as irrespective behave to control other staff people. they didn't understand the situation of many staff people. head of INurture people have head weight and they didn't have any issue related money or with Coustmer just they misleading the money and telling to staff people apply for loan or take interest instead of giving salary. they is no proper time credit the salary. if we ask salary related they telling that live the job and without giving salary and another point this is India can go to police station and court to give complain about Inurture and final to say there is no future Inurture. at starting of job interview inurture we discus salary they accept but after obeying in offer letter they less the salary as per they convinent. salary issue happened since many years.if u join inuture its considered as foolishness.

Never work with I nurture . No string revenue model , commission base system because of that fail to pay faculty payment on time .

The company is making fool of its employees. Not paying salaries since last six months. Very Poor Management

Same problem as mentioned by so many other people. They do not pay salaries and do not reply to emails or pick up phone calls.

I believe being unemployed is better than working for this company. I started working for this company in November 2023, but I had to leave in January 2024. Many people in this company were playing with the employee's and students' future. After futuresing the call, the salary was not even credited to the account, and HR did not respond to any calls. The HR department did not take any quick action on anything. They ignored everything, whether it was related to PF or salary. The upper management and HR team were also unhelpful and proved to be useless. It is not the employees' fault if they are not paid on time. When asked about the salary, the only reason given was that the company did not have enough funds. Some employees did not receive their salary for 6-8 months and continued to work with the hope that they would be paid a huge amount today or tomorrow. They were working in a completely uncomfortable environment." So my suggestion is if you are thinking of joining this company then don't do it because the name is big and the symptoms are false there are no changes to improve the current situation of the company.
