- The subject of art and art education is a share subject within the two-subject bachelor's program of the Faculty of Cultural Studies. Art has changed. Likewise making art and showing art. What can students learn from art, not only at school, through lectures or guided tours, but also in the studio or on the street, through speaking together, intensive questioning and creative action. And: Who actually mediates between art and its counterpart?
- With the range of courses in art and art education, offer a theoretical and practical focus on teaching and research and take up current topics, developments and changes in the field of art presentation and education. Our goal is to develop mediation models that are based on art and at the same time reflect on ways of showing art.

- General university entrance qualification or relevant subject-related university entrance qualification
- DSH certificate (minimum DSH-2) issued by a German university or Studienkolleg according to KMK-regulations (minimum result DSH 2)
- TestDaF certificate passed with level 4 in all four exam sections
- Deutsches Sprachdiplom Stufe II issued by the "Deutsche Kultursministerkonferenz"
