Chemical engineers develop, implement and operate manufacturing processes in which high-quality products with the desired properties are produced from raw materials using chemical, biological and physical processes. The areas of application range from heavy industry and nanotechnology to government agencies. Some examples are Plant and apparatus construction, Mining and metallurgy, Chemical industry, Energy technology, and fuels etc.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- General university entrance qualification or relevant subject-related university entrance qualification
- DSH certificate (minimum DSH-2) issued by a German university or Studienkolleg according to KMK-regulations (minimum result DSH 2)
- TestDaF certificate passed with level 4 in all four exam sections
- Deutsches Sprachdiplom Stufe II issued by the "Deutsche Kultursministerkonferenz"
- Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom awarded by the Goethe-Institut
- telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule
- Feststellungprüfung by a recognized Foundation college affiliated to a German university
