Tuition Fees
City University of Applied Sciences does not demand a typical tuition fee. Students have to pay 555 USD per semester as Semester contribution.
The first goal of the MA is its explicit practical orientation. By imparting well-founded theoretical and empirical knowledge about politics and governance in the global multi-level system, the students are enabled to provide scientific policy advice in governmental, international and non-governmental organizations. This in-depth scientific approach is supplemented by modules in which practical competencies (e.g. project management, evaluation, rhetoric) are acquired.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Proof of a first vocational qualification (Bachelor or diploma from a university, university of applied sciences, comparable foreign university or an accredited vocational academy) with a grade of at least “good” (2.5) or an ECTS grade A to B in relevant for the chosen one Master's degree program relevant subject areas
- Study and examination achievements in the amount of at least 210 ECTS points or in the comparison of the respective national grading system equivalent achievements. Applicants who have completed a six-semester bachelor's program with 180 ECTS credit points must prove another 30 credit points
- the passed DSH exam (German language exam for university admission of foreign applicants) at level DSH-2 or DSH-3
