Bachelor of Science [B.S] (Food Technology)
Field of Study:
The course is based on the concept of generalist university education. Mathematical and scientific foundations are laid in the first semester. Furthermore, the first food technology and process engineering subjects lead to the study objective. In the following semesters, microbiological and food analysis subjects build on this. The wide range of technical elective courses enables individual study programs:
- beverage technology
- cereal technology
- Technology of fruit and vegetable processing
- Bakery technology
- meat technology
Tuition Fees
Beuth University of Applied Sciences does not demand a typical tuition fee. Students have to pay 346 USD per semester as Semester contribution.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- University entrance qualification, general or subject-related university entrance qualification or another statutory university entrance qualification
- German proficiency is required for most subjects and English B2 is needed for some subjects.
- the test German as a foreign language (TestDaF) with average level 4
- the DSH-2 exam
- Telc C1 university
