The concept of the architecture course is based on the definition of six areas of competence that result from the professional profile of architecture:

Planning and design

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

University entrance qualification, subject-related higher education entrance qualification or general higher education entrance qualification or another university degree stipulated by law (e.g. §11 BerlHG)

Practical training for a period of at least 13 weeks is expressly recommended based on previous practical experience in building construction but is not a requirement for admission.
German proficiency is required for most subjects and English B2 is needed for some subjects.
