- The MD/Ph.D. program Molecular Medicine at Hannover Medical School recruits students holding an M.Sc. or equivalent degree in medicine, veterinary medicine or natural sciences. Students work independently in a project-oriented training program with an average study period of three years.
- This Ph.D. programs cover a broad spectrum, including the following areas; such as Immunology and Infection, Molecular and Cell Biology, Hematology and Oncology, Biochemistry and Structural Biology, Pathology, Stem Cell Research, etc.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
The following application documents are required:
- Medicine graduates and students of biology, biochemistry, microbiology or other life sciences with a diploma, Staats examen or master of sciences are admissible if they are preferably younger than 32.
- Certificates and qualifications indicating the level of knowledge of the English language.
- A letter of recommendation from the supervisor stating the topic of the research project.
- A short description of a former research project.
