TISSNET 2023 Paper Analysis
The overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate. With the help of the paper analysis, candidates can can assess their performance in the test. Candidates can check section-wise complete analysis of TISSNET 2023 below:
- According to the test-takers, TISSNET 2023 question paper was rated moderate.
- The question paper was lengthy and had intensive calculations.
- The General Awarness section was easy. Most of the questions of GK was from static GK.
- The Mathematics section was rated moderate to difficult.
- Students rated the logical reasoning section difficult. This section had 9 questions or 3 DI sets in this area as opposed to the usual 2 DI sets with 5-6 questions.

TISSNET 2022 Paper Analysis
The overall difficulty level of TISSNET was easy to moderate. This year too the General Knowledge section was difficult in comparison to English Proficiency and Mathematical & Logical Reasoning section. English Proficiency Section had the easiest questions while Mathematical & Logical Reasoning had moderate to difficult questions
- The majority of questions from English Proficiency were of moderate to difficult level. Most questions were from Fill in the Blanks. There were two Reading Comprehension Passages with 5 questions each which were slightly tricky.
- Mathematical and Logical Reasoning questions were of moderate to difficult level. The majority of questions were from Arithmetic. There were two DI sets of questions.
- The General Knowledge section was difficult with around 18-20 questions from Current Static, 10 questions from Static GK, and 10-12 questions from Government Schemes.

TISSNET 2020 Paper Analysis
- TISS National Entrance Test 2020 was conducted in February 2020 in online mode.
- The paper had 100 questions divided into three sections viz. General Awareness (40 Questions), Logical Reasoning & Mathematics (30 questions), and English (30 questions).
- There was no specific sectional cut-off. Therefore, one can say that the paper pattern remained the same throughout the sections.
- The paper was considered much easier than the previous years by experts.
TISSNET 2020 Section-wise Paper Analysis
General Awareness
- In a comparatively easy paper, the toughest of all the sections was General Awareness.
- Most of the questions in this section were from current affairs.
- The questions were primarily related to socio-political issues.
- A score of 27 to 30 out of 40 would be an ideal score for this section.

Logical Reasoning, Mathematics, and Data Interpretation
- These three sections had a total of 30 questions with 14 analytical reasoning, 1 verbal logic, 7 Mathematics and 8 Data Interpretation questions.
- The puzzle questions were trickier than the rest.
- The rest of the questions were comparatively moderately easier.
- Lengthy and time-consuming mathematical puzzles and sequences were part of the other Logical Reasoning questions.
- In mathematics, mostly arithmetic questions with strong, analytical skills were asked. However, on the difficulty level, these were easy-moderate.
- Data Interpretation section mostly had graphs and pie charts. Extensive calculations were needed to solve these.
- A score of 25 to 27 out of 30 was a good score in this section.
Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
- The Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension sections had 30 questions in total.
- Just like in 2019, vocabulary questions found most space in this section in 2020 too.
- Commonly used words and idioms were asked. They were much easier when compared to the ones in 2019.
- The grammar questions mostly comprised of common confusable terms.
- There were questions on synonyms, antonyms, one-word substitutions, idioms, odd-one-out, and proverbs.
