SNAP 2023: Exam Dates, Eligibility, Registration, Syllabus, Exam Pattern, Question Papers

Ans. SNAP is held for admission to postgraduate management or master's programs offered by Symbiosis International and its affiliated institutions. Once the result is declared, each college announces the SNAP Cut-off. Based on the cut off scores, candidates are shortlisted for GE/ PI rounds of selection. Post the conclusion of the selection rounds, the final merit list is released based on SNAP scores, GE-PI scores, academic record, work experience, etc.

Ans. All graduates who have achieved a minimum overall mark of 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD applicants) or equivalent from a recognized university or institution are eligible to apply for SNAP. Candidates in their final year of college can also apply.

Ans. SNAP registration process includes registering on the SNAP website, completing an online application form, and paying the requisite application fee. All three steps are required for successful registration. SNAP 2023 application form will tentatively be released in the last week of August. The form will be available on the official exam website until the last week of November. Applicants must submit the forms before the deadline.

Ans. As per the B-school categorization, SIBM-Pune is accredited with AAA+ grade. SCMHRD is counted among the AAA category B-schools. SIIB is counted among A-grade B-schools, whereas SIBM- Bangalore and SIOM Nashik are counted among the BBB+ grade B-schools. SIMS Pune, SIDTM and SCIT are featured among the BB grade B-schools. SIBM Hyderabad and SSBF are listed among the B+ grade B-schools.

Ans. The reservation policies followed by Symbiosis group of B-schools are:

• Candidates from Scheduled Castes: (15% of seats within the sanctioned intake), the University has provided for the reservation of 15% for all its academic programs to candidates from scheduled castes, as defined by Article 341 of the Constitution.
• Scheduled Tribe Applicants: (7.5% of places in Sanctioned Recruitment), the University has set aside 7.5% for all of its academic programs for Scheduled Tribe Applicants, as defined by Section 342 of the Constitution, candidates with disabilities: (3% of seats within sanctioned intake).

Ans. No requests to change the test date or city will be considered once a candidate has paid the SNAP 2023 test registration fee. City and test dates are assigned on a first come first serve basis. The earlier you pay, the more likely you are to get a test date and test city of your choice.
