NEST 2023 Syllabus consists of 4 sections - Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Biology. There will not be any general section this year, however, 2 questions will be asked based on General Scientific K|nowlage of the candidates from the above-mentioned 4 sections.  The Exam Pattern of NEST 2023 is mainly based on the NCERT/ CBSE science syllabus of classes XI and XII. The question will focus on scientific knowledge and the basic concept and its application. Candidates can go through the article to know more about the detailed syllabus of NEST 2023.

  • This year, NEST 2023 will be organized at 90 exam centers (major towns or cities) all over India.
  • Questions are designed to test the candidate’s knowledge in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, computer science, and the environment.
  • Two questions from each section will be asked to test the general scientific knowledge of candidates and it will be based on the Class 10th science syllabus, Moreover, it will not necessarily belong to the specified syllabus.
  • There will be negative marking for a few questions in each section and some questions will also have multiple correct answers. Check Here NEST Exam Pattern
