MAT General Preparation Tips

• If you find it hard to concentrate and study for long periods of time, try using the Pomodoro Method of study. Keep a timer for 25 minutes (which is one ‘Pomodoro’) and study without interruption and then take a short 5-minute break. Rinse and Repeat.
