After successful online registration, MAH MCA CET 2023 Admit Card/Hall Ticket has been issued by DTE Maharashtra. All applicants can follow these steps to download their admit card:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website of MAH MCA CET i.e. dtemaharastra.gov.
  • Step 2: Click on the link ‘Click here to Download Hall Ticket’.
  • Step 3: Enter the required credentials i.e. Registration No./ Roll No, Password/DOB, and Captcha. 
  • Step 4: Click on “log in” button.
  • Step 5: The admit card will be available on your screen and can be downloaded.

Candidates have to carry the MAH MCA CET 2023 Hall Ticket/Call Letter along with original ID proof at the exam center. The list of documents is given below –

Instructions

MAH MCA CET Exam Day Instructions

  • Candidates will be required to be present at the test center as per the reporting time mentioned in the e-Admit card.
  • They also signed the attendance sheet in the presence of the invigilator.
  • Biometric registration will be a part of attendance and hall ticket verification process and DTE reserves the right to carry out the same either before or during the examination
  • Candidates will not be allowed to carry any text material, printed, or written, bits of papers, or any material except the e-Admit card inside the test hall.
  • Candidates will not be permitted to carry any electronic devices like mobile phones, paging devices, calculators, spy cameras etc.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the test hall until the completion of the entire duration of the exam time.
  • Candidates brought a ballpoint pen for any kind of rough work. A rough sheet will be provided by the test administrator.
  • After the test, students will be given the rough sheet to the test administrator before leaving the exam center.
  • Candidates ensured that the computer allotted to them will be switched on and if there is any problem with the computer, it will be informed to the invigilator immediately.
  • The questions appearing on the screen will be in English. All questions will be Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type.

Ques: I had lost my Admit Card. What to do now?

Ans: Admit Card is a very important document to keep safe till the time of admission. If you had lost it by any chance then you can download it again. You just need to visit the official website, use your login credentials provided to you during the time of registration. Download your admit card and print 2-3 copies of it for future reference.

Ques: When can I download my Admit Card?

Ans: All the successfully registered candidates can download their admit cards from the 4th week of July 2023. Only those candidates who had submitted the application forms successfully and paid the online registration fees will be able to download the admit cards. Admit cards will not be available for candidates with incomplete applications.

Ques: What are the documents that need to be carried along with Admit Card?

Ans: Along with your admit card you have to carry one original valid Id proof. You can carry one from the following options:

  • Driving License.
  • PAN Card.
  • Bank Passbook with Photograph.
  • Voter’s Card.
  • Employee ID.
  • Aadhaar/E-Aadhaar card with photograph.

Ques: Can I show a soft copy of my Admit Card during the time of exam?

Ans: No. You have to carry a colored print out copy of your admit card. A soft copy of the same will not be considered valid. Along with a print out of your admit card you have to carry one valid Id proof also.

Ques: I am not able to download my Admit Card. What to do now?

Ans: If you are not able to download your admit card then this could be due to:

  • Using wrong login credentials.
  • Slow speed of internet
  • Using the mobile phone to download the admit card
  • Ther could be some technical issues on the official website.
