JEECUP Exam Pattern 2023 varies for all the courses. The JEECUP 2023 syllabus too would vary as per the course applied for, with different weightage being assigned to different constituent subjects. However, all the JEECUP 2023 question papers will consist of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions.

Instructions to Fill JEECUP 2023 OMR Sheet
Candidates are advised to go through these instructions carefully before they appear for the exam.
- The applicant will open the sealed answer sheet only after receiving instructions from the invigilator present in the hall.
- The answer sheet has space to fill applicants’ details. Applicants have to first fill the particulars.
- JEECUP exam starts exactly at the specified time and this will also be announced by the invigilator.
- Question paper is of objective type in which 4 options will be provided and candidates need to mark only the correct response.
- There is only one correct response for each question out of four responses given.
- Applicants must darken the circles carefully as per the instructions mentioned on the sheet to mark their responses.
- The invigilator will assess and verify the applicant’s identity at the time of exam and will sign on the answer sheet after being satisfied. Applicants should produce their admit card and identity proof on demand any time during the exam.
- The applicant shall bring their own stationery required for the examination. No stationery items will be supplied by the JEEC / examination center.
- The answer sheet contains an attached carbon copy. Applicants should carefully mark on the answer sheet so that the impression on the carbon copy appears correctly. This carbon copy can be retained by the applicant along with a question booklet to take home after JEECUP 2023 for reference.
- Making any other mark or doing any rough calculations on the answer sheet is strictly prohibited.
- The answer sheet should not be folded and instead kept in the same shape as it is given.
- A light or faintly darkened circle is a wrong method of marking and liable to be rejected by the Optical Scanner. So, the circle should be properly darkened.
- The applicant is advised to check that the booklet contains an accurate number of questions in sequence and should also match & verify the serial number and series of the Test Booklet with the serial number and series of OMR sheets before answering questions. In case of any discrepancy, the applicant should bring it to the notice of the invigilator.
- Appearing candidates will be required to sign on the Attendance Sheet and also will have to make a left-hand thumb impression at the appropriate place in the Attendance Sheet.
- All the examinees must abide by the Rules and Regulations of the JEEC with regard to their conduct inside the examination hall. Breaching of rules can lead to debarment of the candidate from the examination.
