How to Register for AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Counselling 2023?

AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Counselling Process is divided into 5 major steps i.e.,

• Counselling Registration & processing fee submission,
• Document Verification,
• Option Entry,
• Seat Allotment
• Reporting at respective colleges. 

Step 1: AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Counselling Registration and Payment of Processing Fee

• Visit the official website at eapcet-sche.aptonline.in/EAPCET/ to register for AP EAPCET 2023 Counselling.
• Click on the link for counselling registration using your AP EAPCET Hall Ticket number and DOB.

• AP EAPCET Counselling registration form with the basic details filled in will be displayed on the screen.
• Candidates must check if all the details mentioned are correct, if not, they must rectify the information and submit documentary proof for the same and upload it. 
• Once the form has been filled, candidates need to proceed with the counselling registration fee payment.
• AP EAPCET 2023 Counselling fee needs to be paid online using a Credit/Debit card or via net banking.
• Once the fee payment has been done, candidates can take a printout of the counseling registration form for future use.

Step 2: AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Counselling Document/ Certificate Verification

The verification of certificates is done online i.e online certificate verification by syncing the data with web services of various government departments. Candidates whose certificates are verified online in all respects will receive the registration number and login id on the registered mobile number immediately after making the fee payment. Such candidates can generate a password and proceed to Step 3 of the counselling-option entry as per schedule. This is what the eligible candidates' status looks like: 

Candidates whose certificate verification could not be verified via online certificate verification will not receive their login credentials rather an SMS will be sent to such candidates to attend HLC for verification of their certificates.

After fee payment, candidates whose certificates are not verified will receive a pop-up stating “candidate is not eligible, Contact Help Line Center for certificate verification”.

• They will have to report to their respective helpline centers with both original and photocopies of the documents.
• Candidates will be called for document verification according to their ranks. 
• Once the document verification is done, candidates will be given a receipt of the documents.
• Candidates must check the details provided on the slip and save them for future reference. 

Step 3: Exercising AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Option Entry

Exercising options means candidates have to select colleges and courses they wish to join and arrange them in order of preference. For filling the choices, candidates will have to generate a new password using the credentials received on their mobile number.

• Enter Registration Number, Hall Ticket Number, Rank, and Date of birth [DD/MM/YYYY format] as printed on the receipt provided after document verification.
• Create a new password, save it and click on logout.
• For exercising options, candidates will have to log in again by entering their ID, hall ticket number, password, and date of birth.
• Candidates will receive an OTP.
• After entering the OTP, they can check the list of available institutes and courses on the screen. 
• Candidates can select as many institutes and courses in order of their preference.
• Adding, deleting and modification of option choices can be done any number of times till the last day of exercising option entry. After that, the choices will be frozen.

Note: In case candidates forget the login id or do not receive it, candidates can send an SMS from their registered mobile number to the following format:

Step 4: AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) 2023 Seat Allotment

Final Allotment of Seats is based on merit, category, local area, special reservation category, etc. The final seat allotment list will be published on the official website of AP EAPCET.

• Candidates have to download the allotment order through “Candidate Login”.
• Those who are satisfied with their allotted seat will have to confirm their admission by self-reporting and then reporting to their respective institutes to complete admission formalities.
• Candidates who fail to report at the allotted college will be disqualified from admission. 

Step 5: Payment of Fees and Reporting at College

This step will be under the college itself. Candidates can check their chosen colleges for further instructions.

AP EAPCET Merit List

AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) Merit List 2023

JNTUK will issue AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) 2023 Merit List separately at www.sche.ap.gov.in/eamcet. The ranking will be based on EAMCET normalized marks (75% weightage) and 10+2 (25% weightage) in the order of merit. 

Rank obtained with the benefit of relaxation of the minimum qualifying marks in AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) 2023 by any candidate claiming SC/ST Category will be cancelled in case the claim is found to be  invalid at the time of admission to any course of study in any participating University / Institution.
